Kalman & Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Secret Clearance to join our Federal and DoD support team on-site at Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on strategic programming, planning, and advisory services for government clients, with a salary range of $100K–$120K per year depending on qualifications.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, guide major programs, and deliver technically sound solutions in complex, highly regulated environments.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience performing project management for defense, intelligence, or civil agency programs.

• Provides expert support, analysis and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
• Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams, providing direction and alternatives.
