• Ability to pass a DoD Background check.
• Ability to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from requirements through delivery.
• Work with government stakeholders and development teams to set priorities and track progress.
• Keep project work aligned with broader system initiatives and objectives.
• Identify risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
• Gather, research, and document functional requirements.
• Manage specifications through the approval and development process.
• Ensure requirements meet regulations and industry best practices.
• Take part in continuous process improvement efforts.
• Apply root-cause analysis to find and fix process issues.
• Improve workflows and system processes for better efficiency and control.
• Provide clear technical and functional communication.
• Deliver strong customer service and stakeholder support.
• Support training and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Document requirements, decisions, and outcomes clearly.
• Stay current on system functions and process best practices.
• Support the adoption of best practices that improve efficiency and compliance.
