Three Saints Bay, LLC seeks a Project Management and Financial Management SME to lead DoD BI and C4ISR programs for NIWC Atlantic in Charleston, SC. You will guide complex budgets, analytics, and schedules across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring program performance against baselines.

The role requires eighteen years of hands-on project management experience and PMP certification, with demonstrated leadership in DoD acquisitions and DoD C4ISR projects.

Qualifications

• 18 years of hands-on project management experience with three of five areas: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, Training.
• Recognized leadership in DoD C4ISR Acquisition Programs and Projects.
• Experience in project planning, schedule baselines, cost and scope baselines, risk management, and resource forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex DoD BI and analytics programs supporting NIWC Atlantic.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams delivering business, financial, and programmatic services.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, staffing, and contract performance.
• Drive predictive and prescriptive decision-support initiatives through BI environments.
