GVI Inc. in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced C4ISR Project Manager to lead DoD BI, data analytics, and program management initiatives for NIWC Atlantic.

You will oversee mission-critical programs, manage cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, and subcontract activity, while ensuring FAR compliance. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in C4ISR program delivery, 8+ years in design/development of C4ISR products, and 4+ years in management, with PMP or DAWIA Level 3 certification.

Qualificações

• BS degree or higher in Business Management or ABET-accredited Engineering.
• 10 years of direct work experience including DoD C4ISR product delivery.
• 8 years in design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of C4ISR projects.
• 4 years as manager of C4ISR products with supervision, scheduling, bidding, and material handling experience.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Certified PMP or DAWIA Level 3 Program Management Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced business and financial analytics and BI initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise reporting, dashboards, and budget analysis.
• Plan and execute complex DoD BI programs for NIWC Atlantic.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across contracts and operations.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DoD policies, and Procurement Integrity Act.
• Provide executive-level reporting and performance metrics.
