Job summary

FGS LLC is seeking a Project Analyst to support multiple DoD projects with business analysis, documentation maintenance, and status reporting. You will work with GPLs, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables and compliance with the SOW.

The role requires 4+ years of project analysis or DoD contracting experience, an Associate degree or equivalent, and the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance. Regular, full-time on-site work with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant project/program analysis or DoD contracting experience.
• Ability to organize, maintain, and retrieve project documentation across multiple databases and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and minutes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with daily coordination, action item tracking, and status updates.
• Prepare and submit monthly project status reports and required program documentation.
• Maintain task initiation, closeout, and related admin documentation.
• Upload and organize project documents in government and contractor databases.
• Monitor deliverables, track due dates, and coordinate follow-ups on overdue items.
• Attend meetings, document minutes, and disseminate follow-up information.
