Job summary

FGS LLC is seeking a Project Analyst to provide business analysis support across multiple DoD projects. The role involves coordinating daily project tasks, tracking actions, and maintaining project documentation and status reporting.

You will work with GPLs, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure deliverables align with the SOW, manage milestones, and monitor subcontractor performance. A Secret clearance is preferred, with possible eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant project/program analyst or DoD contracting experience.
• Associate degree or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Active Secret clearance preferred; candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager with daily project coordination, action item tracking, status updates, and follow-up on outstanding tasks.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly project status reports and other required program documentation.
• Prepare and maintain task initiation, closeout, and related administrative documentation.
• Upload, organize, and maintain project documentation within Government and contractor databases in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Establish and maintain accurate project deliverables and records throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and the SOW.
