Job summary

FGS LLC is seeking a highly qualified Computer Analyst to assess requirements and lead teams supporting U.S. Navy and Special Operations Forces. The role emphasizes applying computer science to automate and improve DoD/IC systems and networks.

The candidate will develop project plans, oversee execution, and collaborate with engineers, scientists, and technicians in a dynamic DoD environment. A TS/SCI clearance and a master's degree are required.

Qualifications

Requires at least one current professional-level technical certification (Cisco, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Red Hat Linux) or security/software certifications (CSSLP, MCSD)
At least one year of experience as a team leader
Master's degree may be substituted by a Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience

Responsibilities

Analyze data processing problems using computer science principles to improve DoD/IC systems and networks.
Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate or improve existing systems and review capabilities.
Develop project plans, guidelines, and controls.
May lead teams or projects, guiding other computer specialists, scientists, or technicians.
