Job summary

Competitive Range is seeking a proven Program Manager to lead the execution of a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a U.S. Combatant Command based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

The role spans multiple OCONUS locations and directly enables DoW projects in dynamic, operational environments. As the single point of accountability for the first Task Order, you will manage, direct, and ensure quality, schedule, and cost control, coordinating with the CO/COR and Government stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility via SSBI.
• Minimum 10 years of planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs similar in scope to this BPA.
• Experience directing SCRUM-based execution across multiple OCONUS locations.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named Program Manager for the first Task Order under the BPA and as the contractor’s single authoritative point of contact to the Government.
• Provide overall management, direction, administration, and leadership for the execution of the BPA and all associated Task Orders.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance across all deliverables and services.
• Oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel across multiple OCONUS locations within the AOR.
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with Government stakeholders and reporting.
