Job summary

Comprehensive Power, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the execution of a Blanket Purchase Agreement supporting U.S. DoW projects from MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL.

You will be the single point of accountability for the first Task Order, directing BPA performance across contractor and subcontractor teams. The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility, SCRUM/Agile leadership across multiple locations, and proactive risk management to ensure on-time delivery and cost control in

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (SSBI).
• 10+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing projects/programs similar in scope.
• Experience coordinating SCRUM-based execution across multiple locations.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named Program Manager for the first Task Order issued under the BPA and as the contractor’s single authoritative point of contact to the Government.
• Provide overall management, direction, administration, and leadership for the execution of the BPA and all associated Task Orders.
• Establish and enforce quality assurance across all deliverables and services per Section C.5.1.
• Oversee and supervise personnel across multiple OCONUS locations within the AOR.
• Manage BPA performance to ensure on-time delivery and cost control; mitigate risks.
• Coordinate SCRUM-based execution and delivery across distributed teams; liaison with government Stakeholders.
