• Strong written and presentation communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee technical, cost, and schedule performance of DoD software projects.
• Lead a matrixed team across software, test, QA, CM, data management and finance.
• Contribute to proposals using company tools and processes.
• Negotiate proposal value and scope with the customer.
• Lead bid decisions and cost strategy planning.
• Analyze RFIs and RFPs with partners and prepare questions for the customer.
• Support budgets and performance plans; present status to leadership and customers.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget using scheduling and change control processes.
• Support ETC and CEAC analyses.
• Support risk and opportunity management and change management.
