Job summary

ASRC Federal Mission Solutions is seeking highly motivated Software Engineers to support the U.S. Navy's Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ.

You will develop software maintenance and upgrades for tactical systems as part of a collaborative agile team, engaging in all lifecycle activities and adhering to process requirements. You should have 8–10 years of experience in software development, proficiency in Java, C++, or Python, and strong Linux/UNIX and Eclipse skills, with UML familiarity and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Math/Physics or related field.
Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
8–10 years of software development or maintenance experience in open/layered architectures.
Experience with Java, C++, or Python.
Experience with Agile scaled principles.
Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and Eclipse IDE.
Familiar with UML syntax and software design patterns.
Familiar with driver-based and automated test environments.

Responsibilities

Develop software maintenance and upgrade solutions for tactical systems within an Agile team.
