Job summary

The ideal candidate will hold an active PMP, have at least eight years in program management (four in DoD/DoN), and be willing to travel up to 20% (CONUS & OCONUS). Secret clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or management field.
• Eight years of program management experience with at least four years on DoD/DoN programs.
• Active PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Navy training initiatives and multi-faceted programs to ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.
• Interface with customers and manage DoD/DoN contracts and task orders of similar size and complexity.
• Lead program execution, workforce leadership, and customer engagement to achieve sponsor objectives.
