Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Program Manager with deep Navy training systems expertise and a proven record of delivering complex DoD/DoN programs. The role requires interfacing with customers and managing multiple subcontractors in fast-paced environments.

Ideal candidates will have a PMP, a US citizenship with active Secret clearance, and be willing to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS. Bachelor's degree in a technical or management field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years program management experience with 8+ years DoD/DoN program management.
• Active PMP certification and ability to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS.
• U.S. citizen and active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for programs with Navy training systems.
• Demonstrate advanced program management across cost, schedule, and performance.
• Interface with customers and manage DoD/DoN contracts and multiple subcontractors.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control project work to meet sponsor objectives.
• Lead a diverse technical workforce and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
