Agile Defense is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead Navy training initiatives and oversee complex programs in a disciplined, delivery‑driven manner. The role requires coordinating a diverse workforce, engaging with customers, and ensuring outcomes align with sponsor objectives.

The ideal candidate has a PMP certification, DoD/DoN program management experience, US citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering, CS, information systems, business or related technical field.
• Eight years program management experience with four years in DoD/DoN programs.
• Active PMP certification.
• US citizenship and Secret clearance at minimum.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% CONUS & OCONUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management for Navy training initiatives and oversee complex, multi‑faceted programs.
• Lead workforce leadership and customer engagement to ensure high‑quality results.
• Interface effectively with customers to deliver on time and within budget.
• Plan, design, coordinate, and control project progress to meet sponsor objectives.
• Manage a diverse technical workforce with multiple skill sets.
