Job summary

Centuria is seeking a Program Manager to lead DoD programs in Dahlgren, VA, with DoD Secret clearance and potential TS eligibility. The role requires managing large teams and coordinating with government customers and subcontractors on multi-year efforts.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in IT program management within the DoD, strong leadership, and excellent written/verbal communication skills, with experience in budgets, scheduling, and delivering proposals.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible IT management in DoD environments.
• Experience handling DoD contractual matters and liaison with Government and COR.
• Proven ability to write business/project plans, technical documents, presentations and proposals.
• MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and scheduling staff across multiple efforts.
• Ensure program execution meets contract requirements; develop policies for customer satisfaction.
• Manage large-scale programs (90+ staff) with sub-contractors.
• Translate highly technical information into understandable terms.
