Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of program or project management experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years supporting Federal Government or DoD programs.
• Experience managing contract performance and customer relationships.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between Government leadership and ACT1 management.
• Lead overall contract execution and personnel management.
• Direct workforce planning and talent management activities.
• Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions.
