Job summary

DCS Corp seeks a procurement technician to support DoD and USAF contracting activities. Responsibilities include preparing contracts, maintaining documentation, and providing database support.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an Active Secret clearance, a high school diploma with 10 years DoD experience or an advanced degree with corresponding years, and at least 3 years in procurement. Dayton, Ohio on-site.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Understanding of current DoD and USAF acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a procurement technician.
• High School Diploma plus 10 years of experience (8 in DoD); Associate's or Bachelor's with corresponding experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and modifications.
• Distribute contract documentation.
• Provide database support and computer applications.
• Support contract closeout.
• Collect data for audit and/or report requests.
• Coordinate with other Government agencies.
• Coordinate with DFAS.
• Create, retrieve and request contracting reports.
• Produce copies of acquisition documentation.
• Prepare source selection material.
• Track contract milestones.
