Job summary

RQ Construction in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site DoD and commercial projects from planning through delivery. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial construction project management or similar role
• At least 6 years progressive experience in construction including roles such as Project Engineer or Asst Project Manager
• Design-Build experience preferred
• CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects from planning through delivery
• Ensure projects align with RQ's mission, vision and values while meeting quality, schedule and budget
• Maintain safety, coordinate with design-build teams, subs and clients
• Ensure compliance with DoD access requirements and base-specific protocols
