Job summary

RQ Construction LLC is expanding its Project Management team in Jacksonville, Florida. The Construction Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of DoD-related projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence on-site.

Local candidates are preferred; however, travel or relocation may be considered as this is a fully on-site position. U.S. citizenship is required for all employees due to base access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management required or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in commercial construction PM or similar role required.
• 6+ years progressive construction experience; design-build preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/OSHA 30-hour certifications required; LEED credentials a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to delivery.
• Ensure alignment with quality, schedule, and budget expectations on site.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors and stakeholders throughout.
• Maintain safety compliance and on-site operational excellence.
