Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions seeks a Network Engineer II to support ATAMMC network infrastructure at Fort Belvoir, VA. You will participate in design, deployment, and on-call engineering activities within the DHA GSP TO7 contract.

The role requires DoD-style security, VLAN/VoIP expertise, and DISA STIG compliance, with responsibilities spanning outage planning, device configuration, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of progressive experience in network engineering.
• Experience deploying and administering enterprise network devices (routers, switches, wireless APs).
• Experience with VLAN management, VoIP, and DoD network security.
• Experience applying security measures to protect against data breaches.
• Experience with DISA STIG compliance for network infrastructure.
• Experience with network performance monitoring and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of ATAMMC network infrastructure.
• Develop, coordinate, and gain government approval for planned/unplanned network outage plans.
• Install, configure, test, patch, and upgrade network devices (routers, switches, APs).
• Manage VLANs, network accounts, password and configuration management.
• Monitor network performance and perform preventive maintenance.
• Support VoIP components in line with DoD instructions and DISA STIGs.
