Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Cable & Wiring Specialist II to support ATAMMC operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. The role installs, tests, terminates, maintains, and troubleshoots network cabling infrastructure, with a typical M-F 0900-1700 schedule.

Candidates must have 4+ years of network cabling experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and certifications including IAT II and CNCI. A NACLC Public Trust or eligibility is required to start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of network cabling experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience with copper and optical fiber cabling.
• Ability to read engineering diagrams for buildings and cable plant.
• Experience with cable management in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, terminate, maintain, and troubleshoot network cabling.
• Perform cable management in data centers and closets.
• Maintain an inventory of cabling infrastructure.
