Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Sr Principal Network Engineer in Orlando, FL to sustain and troubleshoot a defined network architecture with secure external connectivity and DoD encryption devices. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on CLS contracts to resolve complex issues.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, strong TCP/IP expertise, and experience with Cisco/Palo Alto tech, including firewall policies and VPNs, to advance critical defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field with 8+ years of related experience, or 6+ years with a Master’s.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform end-to-end fault isolation and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and troubleshoot a defined network architecture, including secure external connectivity.
• Manage COMSEC materials and cross-train for testing activities.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve field and test issues under CLS or similar contracts.
