Job summary

Serco Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Network Administrator to maintain and support the DoD customer’s network, systems, and applications.

You will work with an experienced technical team to ensure reliable, secure, and available mission services. Responsibilities include setting up and operating networks, maintaining configurations, monitoring performance, applying patches, and contributing to disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, hardware, software, and system issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, and support internal and external networks.
• Maintain network, system, application, and security configurations.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Install and support network hardware, software, patches, and system updates.
• Document network configurations, system changes, troubleshooting activities, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity and configuration-management requirements for the DoD environment.
