Qualifications

• NACI and CAC clearance required.
• Graduate from a DoD or Civilian biomedical technician school.
• CBET credentialing through the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAI).
• Bachelor’s Degree in a program applicable discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in medical materiel, facilities, and biomedical equipment repair management activities.
• Experience in project development/management, personnel management, and contract management in a military healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for the customer and key stakeholders to resolve issues and lead contract changes.
• Oversee execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Coordinate performance across all task order locations and the National Guard mission.
• Provide project briefings addressing cost/price, schedule, performance, and status with recommended COAs.
• Enforce performance metrics and standards.
• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and compliance.
• Manage program budget, financial tracking, and risk mitigation across teams.
