Job summary

Goldbelt Frontier LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex DoD medical logistics contracts, coordinating a geographically dispersed workforce and ensuring delivery against performance standards. The PM will manage stakeholders, budgets, and risk across locations, sustaining operational excellence and continuity.

The role requires senior-level leadership, DoD/equipment management experience, and strong program governance. Travel about 25% is expected, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • NACI and CAC clearance required.
  • Graduate from a DoD or Civilian biomedical technician school.
  • CBET credentialing through AAIM.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in medical materiel, facilities, and biomedical equipment repair management.
  • Experience in project development/management, personnel management, and contract management in a military healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact with customer, Contracting Office, COR and stakeholders.
  • Oversee execution of the PWS.
  • Coordinate performance across all task order locations and National Guard mission.
  • Provide project briefings on cost, schedule, performance, and status with COA recommendations to AMLC.
  • Enforce performance metrics and standards.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for compliance and quality.
  • Direct staffing and resource allocation to meet vacancy-fill standards.
  • Formulate and enforce performance standards and schedules.
  • Manage personnel transitions and workforce continuity across locations.
  • Manage program budget, deliverables, and risk mitigation across teams.

Summary:

The Program Manager (PM) serves as the primary contractor leader and authorized point of contact for complex Department of Defense (DoD) medical logistics and support contracts. The PM is responsible for the overall management, performance, and coordination of a geographically dispersed workforce, ensuring that all operational, administrative, and technical requirements are executed seamlessly. By establishing and enforcing rigorous performance standards, quality control procedures, and internal controls, the PM maintains operational excellence, drives compliance, and eliminates service delivery gaps. Acting as the principal continuity mechanism, the PM provides steady leadership, governance, and Government liaison through contract evolutions, personnel transitions, and operational scaling.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the customer, fostering effective communication with the Contracting Office, COR, and key stakeholders to resolve issues, manage contract changes, and lead program reviews.
  • Oversee the execution of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
  • Coordinate complete performance of all work across every task order location and the National Guard mission.
  • Shall provide project briefings addressing cost/price, schedule, performance, and status of each key element of this contract, noting any problems or risks and present a primary and alternative recommended courses of action (COA) to AMLC.
  • Enforce performance metrics and standards.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure total compliance and high-quality deliverables.
  • Direct program-level staffing and resource allocation to meet stringent vacancy-fill standards, sustaining 95% fill standard.
  • Formulate and enforce performance standards and assign contractor schedules.
  • Manage key personnel transitions and ensure the uninterrupted workforce continuity across all operating locations.
  • Manage program budget, financial tracking reports, contract deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies while coordinating across corporate and site-level teams to achieve long-term strategic objectives.
  • Travel is required, estimated at 25%.

  • CBET credentialing through the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAI).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a program applicable discipline (Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.).
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in medical materiel, facilities, and biomedical equipment repair management activities.
  • Experience must include project development/management, personnel management of diverse groups, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, contract management, and experience navigating and providing deliverables in a military healthcare, logistics, and readiness environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • PMP or CAPM certification
Pay And Benefits

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $144,000 annually.
