Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training in logistics preferred.
• 2–4 years in material control, expediting, or warehouse ops, ideally DoD/aerospace/naval shipyard.
• Experience with material tracking apps (ERP/MRP II/inventory databases) and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flow, staging, tracking, and protection of production materials and parts.
• Synchronize data with warehouse activities and update ITS/DPAS or ERP systems.
• Organize and stage high-value sub-assemblies per shipyard timelines and safety rules.
• Assist offloading/loading of technical hardware from vessels while maintaining chain of custody.
• Conduct physical audits and cycle counts; resolve shortages and entry errors.
