Job summary

Goldbelt Apex LLC is seeking a Warehouse Specialist II in North Carolina. The role involves receiving, unloading, inspecting, storing, staging, issuing, packaging, labeling, and shipping material in support of DoD-related logistics tasks.

Responsibilities include verifying material against documents, maintaining records, conducting inventories, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety, security, and compliance with PPE and property accountability requirements. Contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous assignments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against bills of lading, POs, NSNs/NIINs, serial numbers, and quantities.
• Identify shortages, overages, damage, deterioration, and incorrect material.
• Update GCSS-MC and warehouse accountability records.
• Maintain locator files, issue documentation, inventory records, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct physical inventories, location surveys, recounts, and discrepancy research.
• Pull and stage material for customers, shipment, repair, return, or disposal.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate forklifts, pallet trucks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assist with shelving assembly, warehouse setup, relocation, and reconfiguration.
• Staff the material-issue point and assist customers.
• Escort delivery vehicles when required.
• Comply with safety, security, PPE, and property-accountability requirements.
• May perform other duties as needed.
