Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Manager, Journeyman to serve as the onsite technical lead for rapid prototyping and DoD program support.

The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing logistics and Product Support Strategies across development, testing, and fielding activities. The successful candidate will oversee life-cycle cost analyses, LORA, and sustainment planning while coordinating with IPTs, engineering, contracts, and program management to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional logistics experience.
• 3+ years supporting DoD/NAVAIR systems or related operations.
• DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics – Advanced preferred, or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics planning and execution for prototypes and rapid acquisition initiatives.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Logistics Support documentation and Product Support Strategies.
• Integrate supportability into early system development and design activities.
• Analyze life-cycle cost, LORA, and other trade-space studies to inform decisions.
• Prepare logistics briefs and status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
