Job summary

Ares Enterprise, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large DoD Army information management and enterprise IT services program in Huntsville, Alabama. The PM will direct a multidisciplinary team, manage performance, and ensure compliant, high-quality contract execution across classified and unclassified environments.

Responsibilities include governance, risk management, staffing, and customer engagement, with a focus on modernization, SBLOs, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager for complex enterprise IT, cybersecurity, or technical services programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across IT operations, systems administration, software development, and engineering.
• Ability to manage personnel, scheduling, performance, risk, and subcontractor performance.
• Experience with DoD/Army or Federal mission environments is highly preferred.
• Strong capability to establish KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Able to brief senior Government and contractor leadership on status and issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and accountability for contract execution, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Interface with Government program leadership, teammates, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, networks, service desk, and MBSE activities.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, escalation procedures, and management controls.
• Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, and personnel performance.
• Drive continuous process improvement, automation, and service delivery.
• Coordinate transition-in and continuity of operations across contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with Army, DoD, cybersecurity, and information assurance requirements.
