Job summary

Ares Enterprise is seeking an experienced Program Manager Contingent to lead a DoD enterprise IT services contract at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. You will direct a multidisciplinary team delivering cybersecurity, cloud services, network operations, and IT service management, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.

You must maintain DoD security clearance, oversee contract requirements, and coordinate with Government stakeholders to drive successful mission

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to maintain)
U.S. citizenship
Experience managing complex Federal Government or DoD IT contracts
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams
Knowledge of RMF, Army IT policies, and DoD cybersecurity standards
Willingness to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
PMP and ITIL certifications preferred

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and oversight of contract activities, personnel, subcontractors, and service delivery.
Manage program schedules, performance metrics, budget, and risk throughout contract lifecycle.
Direct workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, and retention for the program.
Oversee technical directions across enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and service management.
Prepare executive-level status reports, performance metrics, and contractual deliverables (CDRLs).
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and subcontractors to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
