Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC seeks an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support the 414 CTS Red Flag Vault Operations Services at Nellis AFB, NV. The ISSO will ensure the security posture of classified information systems across SCIFs and SAPFs, supporting COMSEC, SAP/SCI requirements, and DoD/AF directives.

The role requires active TS clearance, experience with classified networks, and strong risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of information security and assurance principles.
• Understanding of classified environments (SCIFs, SAPFs) and DO/AF directives.
• Experience with safeguarding COMSEC and classified networks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational security posture for assigned information systems.
• Assist as SCIF and SAP Security Manager per requirements.
• Protect COMSEC material per DoD directives.
• Manage day-to-day security operations of classified systems.
• Provide physical, environmental, personnel, and information security support.
• Monitor classified systems for risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and maintain security programs and policies.
• Support STO, SAP/SCI requirements and classification operations.
• Coordinate access control and badging for Red Flag exercises.
