Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an Information Assurance Associate to support the Basis Infrastructure Modernization on Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Alaska.

The role involves serving as the local representative to support government information systems within the RMF framework and participating in certification, accreditation, continuous monitoring and improvements.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Current DoD 8570 IAT level II (Security+ CE or similar).
• Willing to obtain DoD 8140 SecurityX within 60 days of hire.
• Technical training, certification or degree in related field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Experience working in a DoD environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Risk Management Framework processes.
• Participate in certification, accreditation, continuous monitoring and improvement processes.
• Collaborate with AF client on IA-related tasks.
• Update technical documentation and SOPs for network security.
