Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking an Information Assurance Analyst for Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The role supports the full RMF lifecycle and serves as the local cybersecurity representative for DoD information systems.

The position requires RMF expertise, DoD IA procedures, and Security+ or equivalent certification. On-site work at Andersen AFB with opportunities for professional growth and certifications.

Qualifications

• RMF lifecycle knowledge and control implementation
• Experience with RMF categorization and ATO packages
• DoD information systems security experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced DoD environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support RMF activities including categorization, control selection/implementation, assessment preparation, ATO package sustainment, and continuous monitoring.
• Maintain security documentation and ensure DoDI 8510.01, CNSSI 1253, and NIST SP 800-53/800-37 compliance.
• Use eMASS to update system packages, manage artifacts, track POA&M items, and report status to government.
• Coordinate with Air Force cybersecurity representatives for compliance tasks, inspections, and remediation.
• Assist with certificate renewals, vulnerability scanning coordination and mitigation, STIG implementation, and secure configuration management.
• Ensure protection of information system resources and respond to security events or incidents.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for cyber hygiene and patch management.
• Support COMSEC account procedures.
