Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency seeks a property management professional to independently handle a broad range of assignments. You will plan and implement programs addressing complex property issues, guide contractors and DoD commands on regulations, and evaluate contractor procedures for currency and adequacy.

Travel within CONUS may be required. Qualified candidates possess education in business/accounting/law and demonstrated experience in property management, IT equipment, and procurement

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/Graduate education in business administration, accounting, law, marketing, statistics, production management, industrial management, or related fields.
• Experience developing, implementing, administering, evaluating, monitoring, or coordinating programs, policies, regulations, and procedures for personal or contractor property; knowledge of property values, trade practices, and procurement considerations.
• Working knowledge of information technology equipment and other property items.
• Knowledge of government sales policies, property management regulations, and auditing methods; contract provisions and government procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs a full range of assignments under close direction.
• Plans, advises, consults, develops and implements programs to solve highly complex property problems.
• Provides guidance to contractors and government commands on property regulations.
• Reviews and evaluates contractor property management procedures for currency and adequacy.
• Schedules, visits, and performs property management system analysis as required by regulation.
