Responsibilities

• Team Lead: assign work based on priorities with supervisor guidance.
• Oversee property administration and record-keeping for multiple contracts.
• Communicate organizational strategy, mission, vision and values to the team.
• Coach in problem-solving methods and improve team work methods and parameters.
• Research and apply qualitative and quantitative methods to improve team effectiveness and outputs.
