Job summary

COLSA Corporation seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst in Huntsville, AL to monitor and analyze systems for cybersecurity incidents within DoD-related programs. You will manage POA&Ms, document controls in eMASS, and deliver executive-ready briefings to senior leadership.

The role requires a 4+ year DoD cyber background, DoD IAM Level I (Security+ CE or equivalent), and an active SECRET clearance. You will work with tools like ACAS, ESS, Tanium, and SIEM to generate reports and ensure continuous

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years DoD cyber experience.
• Experience with cyber/missile defense DoD programs.
• Active DoD IAM Level I certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain/maintain eMASS within 30 days of hire.
• U.S. Citizenship; active DoD SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze systems to detect cybersecurity incidents.
• Develop and deliver executive briefings for senior leadership.
• Manage POA&M to track progress, compliance and risk.
• Operate within eMASS to document controls and monitoring.
• Advise on improvements to policies and procedures.
• Perform quality control of prime contractor tasks/artifacts.
• Deliver cybersecurity reports using ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM.
• Train and develop junior staff.
