Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst IAM I (Basic) to support the MDA ITCM contract in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on RMF, eMASS, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and risk mitigation, working with government and contractor teams to deliver high-quality cyber products.

The analyst will develop executive briefings, manage POA&Ms, and train junior staff, utilizing ACAS, ESS, Tanium, SIEM, and eMASS to produce reports and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or higher) in an applicable field.
• Minimum of four years of DoD cybersecurity experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and missile defense DoD programs.
• Active DoD IAM Level I certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain eMASS certification.
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop project schedules and milestones.
• Provide RMF, risk and vulnerability management support in doD projects.
• Develop executive briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
• Operate in eMASS to document controls and maintain continuous monitoring.
• Produce cybersecurity reports and deliverables using ACAS, SIEM and Tanium.
• Perform quality control reviews and assist with policy updates.
