Job summary

COLSA Corporation is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst IAM I (Basic) to support the MDA ITCM contract in Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on RMF, eMASS, vulnerability management, continuous monitoring, and risk mitigation, collaborating with government and contractor teams to deliver high-quality cybersecurity products.

Requirements include an Associate degree or higher, four years of DoD cybersecurity experience, an active DoD IAM Level I certificate, and the ability to obtain eMASS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) in an applicable field.
• Minimum of four years of DoD cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity and missile defense-related or other complex, large-scale DoD programs/projects.
• Active/current DoD IAM Level I certification (CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain eMASS certification.
• U.S. citizenship required; Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements to develop project schedules, establish milestone targets, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and deliver executive-level briefings and presentations tailored for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) to track and report on progress, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Operate within the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) environment to document security controls, track authorization status, and maintain continuous monitoring compliance.
• Advise and assist the customer on improvements and corrections to current and future policies, processes, and procedures.
• Perform quality control reviews of Prime contractor tasks and artifacts.
