Job summary

AEITS, Inc. is seeking a Business Financial Professional I (BFP1) to support a government program in Annapolis Junction, MD. This on-site role focuses on financial accuracy, compliance, and efficient processing of government contracts and requisitions.

The candidate will apply advanced financial and acquisition principles, manage multiple priorities, and use Excel and government systems. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Four (4) years of DoD/IC financial or purchasing experience or six (6) years combined DoD/IC and commercial purchasing or finance experience.
• Bachelor's degree with business focus accepted in lieu of two years' experience.
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Assist with validation of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).
• Support End-of-Year activities and data calls for Government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated financial support to the government program.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of financial transactions and documentation.
• Enter requisitions into the financial management system with complete documentation.
• Prepare and manage MIPRs and Economy Act Orders (EAOs).
• Track requisitions through approval and certification processes until execution.
