Qualifications

• Experience in federal contracting finance or program control.
• Hands-on use of DEAMS and DAI for financial management.
• Strong analytical skills for financial models, spreadsheets and databases.
• Proven ability to prepare briefing materials for Government review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related tools.
• Understanding of federal budget execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare draft funding documents in DEAMS/DAI for government signatures.
• Track open documents and reconcile commitments and obligations.
• Build budget execution spreadsheets and unfunded requirement lists.
• Draft spend plans for government review and approval.
• Analyze execution and burn rates to project funding needs.
• Develop predictive financial models and databases for cost forecasting.
• Assist in drafting POM narratives and supporting documents.
• Compile status reports, briefing slides, and data calls for reviews.
