Job summary

Bennett Aerospace, Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, is seeking a Financial / Budget Analyst to support DoD financial management, audit readiness, and internal control activities. This role focuses on high-visibility audit efforts and enterprise-level compliance initiatives in Aberdeen, MD.

Responsibilities include budget formulation and execution, RMIC program support, audit readiness artifacts preparation, and analysis of financial transactions across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or accounting.
• Experience supporting DoD financial systems (e.g., GFEBS, LMP, PMRT, CCaR) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis activities.
• Assist in development and execution of RMIC (Risk Management Internal Control) programs.
• Support audit readiness efforts, including preparation and validation of audit artifacts.
• Analyze financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies across multiple systems.
• Develop and track corrective action plans for audit findings and internal control deficiencies.
• Coordinate with program offices to ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations.
