Job summary

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Principal Analyst (Financial and Strategic Planning) to support financial execution, long-range planning, and resource allocation from Aberdeen, MD or Ft. Belvoir, VA.

The role provides senior advisory support to Government leadership on funding alignment and program priorities. You will review complex budget submissions, advise on risks, and help shape POM and BES materials.

Qualifications

• Twenty-five or more years of government budgeting, financial execution, and long-range planning experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, briefing, and quality-review skills.
• Ability to advise senior leaders on complex financial or programmatic matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Advise Government leaders on financial execution, multiyear planning, appropriations, and resource-allocation matters.
• Review complex financial analyses, budget submissions, congressional exhibits, and executive-level briefing materials.
• Assess alignment of planned activities and funding with mission requirements and Army priorities.
• Support strategic and business planning for applicable research, technology development, and manufacturing activities.
• Provide subject-matter review of POM and BES materials and RDTE program data.
