Job summary

RTX is seeking an on-site Logistics/Supply Chain specialist in East Hartford, CT to support DoD programs. The role focuses on SEAL, SAP, and government property processes, with the need for U.S. citizenship and a DoD Secret clearance.

You will perform gated processes, gap analyses, asset management, and international shipments, coordinating with JPO SE and defense customers as required. A full-time onsite position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, government property management, compliance, audit support, or related disciplines.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Candidate may need to adjust their business hours outside the typical 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule in order to support sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the gated process in F135 SEAL for Requisition, Source of Repair, Site Activation, and Repair/Upgrade.
• Perform gap analysis for unit sites based on contracted requirements.
• Track and monitor the execution of all SEAL Time Compliant Tech Directive (TCTD) within Maintenix (MXI).
• Perform F135 ALIS transactions in SAP and resolve failed ALIS messages.
• Prepare and validate export documentation and coordinate international shipments.
• Update SAP equipment records and generate government documents for shipments.
• Plan and coordinate SE outfitting for new activities, including site readiness and base stand‑up shipments.
• Process asset movements to include incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Support government property–related requests (audits, cycle counting, etc.).
• Interface with JPO SE and Military customers; participate in SRR and SE meetings.
• Provide quality and data fidelity oversight in SAP, SEAL, LSEMS, and MXI.
