Job summary

RTX is seeking a logistics and inventory specialist to manage gated processes for F135 SEAL, perform SAP ALIS transactions, and coordinate export and government shipments. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

The position involves onsite work in the U.S. and requires coordination with JPO SE and military customers, ensuring data integrity and compliance across SAP, SEAL, and MXI systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, supply chain operations, government property management, compliance, audit support, or related disciplines.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Candidate may need to adjust business hours outside 8 a.m.–5 p.m. to support sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage gated process in F135 SEAL for requisition, Source of Repair, Site Activation, and Repair/Upgrade.
• Track and monitor Time Compliant Technical Directive (TCTD) execution in Maintenix.
• Perform F135 ALIS transactions in SAP and resolve ALIS messages.
• Prepare and validate export documentation and coordinate international shipments.
• Update SAP equipment records and generate government shipment DD1149s.
• Coordinate initial SE outfitting, induction logistics, and base stand-up shipments.
• Interface with JPO SE and Military customers; respond to JPO SE requests.
• Provide quality and data fidelity oversight in SAP, SEAL, LSEMS, and MXI.
