Job summary

KBR seeks a Biological Science Technician (Contingency) to provide technical support for environmental, biological, and occupational health programs at a military installation and industrial facility. The role involves data collection, analysis, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance within mission-focused operations.

The position is contingent upon award and requires field inspections, data handling, and collaboration with engineers, safety personnel, and operations staff to sustain

Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental, biological, or natural resource management principles and regulatory requirements.
• Experience collecting and maintaining biological or environmental data with accuracy.
• Ability to operate and calibrate environmental monitoring equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to ensure environmental compliance with regulations.
• Collect and manage environmental samples and related data.
• Support monitoring, site assessments, and reporting for compliance programs.
• Maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment and document results.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve environmental issues and implement improvements.
