Blackrock Strategy, Inc. is seeking an Emerging Technology Assessment Analyst to support DoD customers by evaluating emerging technologies, operational concepts, and future capabilities.

You'll work with government leaders, military operators, engineers, and industry partners to inform acquisition decisions and modernization efforts. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, technical writing, and clear communication, with responsibilities spanning data collection, analysis, and executive

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience supporting the DoD, Intelligence Community, or federal government.
• Strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of operational assessments and technology evaluations.
• Collaborate with government leaders, military personnel, and engineers to define objectives and criteria.
• Design data collection methods for objective operational analysis.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from demonstrations and experiments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in operational contexts to identify gaps and improvements.
• Apply analytical methods to develop evidence-based findings for decisions.
• Develop executive briefings, technical reports, and assessment products for sponsors and leadership.
• Present findings and recommendations to military and government stakeholders.
• Support project planning and methodological improvements across multiple projects.
