Job summary

By Light Professional IT Services LLC, including its CESI unit, is seeking a DevOps professional to design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines across hybrid cloud environments. You will automate deployments, manage containers and VMs, and collaborate with software teams to improve efficiency and reliability.

The role requires a technical degree, 3+ years of experience, and Security+ within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Three years of work experience preferred.
• Security+ required within 6 months of hire.
• IAT Level II or greater; CISSP or equivalent within six months of hire.
• Experience with commercial DevOps tools and processes.
• Scripting for automation and reporting; version control and backup.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain automation deployment and monitoring scripts.
• Work on CI-CD tools and processes; automate deployments.
• Manage virtualized and containerized assets; network/server configurations.
• Maintain scripts with configuration management and version control.
• Support fully automated CI-CD pipeline using enterprise platforms.
• Monitor, install, and support networked VMs and software apps.
• Collaborate with developers to align changes and improvements.
