Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking a Data & Records Management and Configuration Management professional in the United States (Concord, MA). The role involves generating equipment accountability logs, managing DoD CDRLs, and supporting data calls for government programs.

You will oversee CM/DM input to acquisition documents and maintain records management plans. You will also analyze data requirements, develop databases, and ensure cybersecurity practices are applied to information management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 3+ years general experience in DoD environments.
• Comprehensive configuration management experience in a DoD setting.
• Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments.
• Ability to enter and manipulate data in databases (Lifecycle Management Process, Access, SharePoint).
• Strong collaboration with Government staff and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate and evaluate equipment accountability and inventory logs and reports.
• Organize, manage, and maintain CDRL items and reporting activity to Government staff.
• Support data calls, review CDRLs, monitor contractor compliance, and manage data item deliveries.
• Oversee, perform, and report CM/DM input to acquisition documentation (SOWs, SOOs, PWSs).
• Provide input to records management plans and file plans; manage electronic files/websites.
• Provide SharePoint administration and user support; configure services and monitor usage.
