Redhorse Corporation is seeking a proactive Mid-Level Data Engineer to advance data-driven DoD initiatives. You will develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines and optimize data environments to support mission-critical analytics across enterprise datasets.

In this role you will work with Databricks, Qlik, and cloud platforms, ensuring secure data handling and STIG compliance while growing within a hands-on defense data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data engineering experience (or 2+ with a Master's).
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines with large-scale data.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala and data modeling practices.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, transform, and configure diverse datasets to meet requirements.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with automation.
• Optimize data pipelines, monitor health, and reduce costs.
• Prototype new data capabilities and deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to secure data and ensure STIG compliance.
