Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks an IT Cybersecurity Specialist to support cybersecurity architecture, RMF/ATO documentation, and ServiceNow security configuration for the DoD Blue List Program.

The ideal candidate will have DoD-focused experience, hands-on ServiceNow security work, and familiarity with IL4/IL5 environments, ensuring continuous monitoring and compliance with NIST controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of five years of practical cybersecurity experience.
• Active qualification aligned with DoDM 8140.03 Department Cyber Workforce Framework work roles and proficiency levels for security architecture and engineering.
• Experience applying NIST SP 800-53 controls, NIST SP 800-161 supply chain risk management, and DoD RMF/ATO processes.
• Experience securing ServiceNow in FedRAMP High and DoD IL4/IL5 environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement ServiceNow-specific security controls aligned with government requirements.
• Configure RBAC, ACLs, Data Policies, and edge encryption; ensure data segregation between IL4 IL5 environments.
• Develop and maintain RMF artifacts, System Security Plan, and control mappings to NIST/DoD frameworks.
• Track and remediate vulnerabilities via ServiceNow GRC/IRM, and manage POA&Ms with stakeholders.
• Support continuous monitoring, assessment artifacts, and compliance evidence.
